WORKING AT THE FIRM

BEHIND SUBTLEGEND

The first thing you should know is that this is not a typical crisis management firm. When we look to grow our team, we don't look for university-specific education or a pre-determined skillset. We look for people who have creative thinking, strong convictions, & see the world through a lens of kindness. Regardless of where you start & how far you go, being apart of our team requires you to have the desire to move small businesses forward & produce results for our each & every person you meet. It’s about not only freedom, growth, and control for our residents, but also for you.

At SUBTLEGEND, we will teach you everything you need to know about fixing businesses & our exact methods for doing so. In addition, we will provide the continued training, structure, & support as needed to help navigate your growth.

We just ask that you remain in charge of your own future. It's not up to us to provide you a career. It's not up to us to chase down results. You have to want those things for yourself. If you're up for the task, we would love to chat.

DIRECTOR

Directors at SUBTLEGEND are primarily responsible for developing and implementing firm-wide strategies and leading training initiatives. Although their main focus is on strategy and training, they are brought into client work on a selective basis. Directors are key decision-makers in business development and operational improvements, providing high-level oversight and guidance on major client projects.

SENIOR MANAGER

Senior Managers are primarily engaged in client work and oversee specific client sectors. They manage managers and associates within their sector, ensuring project success and maintaining strong client relationships. Senior Managers lead client strategies, mentor their team, and identify opportunities for client growth and additional services.

MANAGER

Managers work closely with clients, often managing their own accounts. They deliver high-quality results, handle client projects independently or with minimal supervision, and coordinate with associates to complete project deliverables. Managers report to Senior Managers on project progress and outcomes, ensuring seamless project execution.

ASSOCIATE

Associates support managers by assisting with project tasks and overall project execution. Their responsibilities include producing deliverables, conducting research, data analysis, and administrative tasks. Associates collaborate with managers to ensure timely project completion and develop their skills through hands-on involvement in projects.
